Why he’s dreamy:

The Victory is a comfy, cozy place to while away a winter’s evening, especially with eye candy this tasty!

    The first rule of Chef Crush is…There are no rules for Chef Crush…Heh. I actually believe that a crush on a particular dish often leads to a crush on the chef who made the food and vice versa. So crush on, Jenny, crush on!
